What We Do

We are a therapist owned practice in Frederick, Maryland specializing in aging adult rehabilitation in the patient's home.

Contardi Physical Therapy began when Nick realized there was a gap in the continuum of care for patients with limited mobility who do not qualify for traditional home health physical therapy.

Those who would benefit most from physical therapy to improve their mobility in the community are often unable to attend their frequent physical therapy sessions without undue burden on themselves or their family members due to transportation requirements.

With Contardi Physical Therapy you will receive one on one care from a doctor of physical therapy every visit. Due to our at home treatment setting, we will be able to address the issues most important to you and your safety in the home; be that navigating stairs between floors or into the home, walking around the home or property safely, and assessing for fall risks or safety issues in the home.
